Purpose of this website
This website is operated by HOSTR LLC to describe a proposed pilot and collect expressions of interest from short-term rental operators and local service professionals. HOSTR is in pilot development. The website is not a live dispatch service, marketplace, booking platform, or emergency service.
No service agreement
Submitting pilot intake does not create an account, service agreement, employment relationship, contractor relationship, partnership, or obligation for HOSTR to accept, contact, match, dispatch, or compensate you. Any pilot participation will require separate terms and confirmation.
No guarantees
HOSTR does not guarantee pilot acceptance, provider availability, response time, work quality, job volume, earnings, property outcomes, guest outcomes, or geographic coverage. Do not rely on this website for an urgent, emergency, safety-critical, or legally required service.
Your submissions
You agree to provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. Do not submit confidential client information, payment-card data, account credentials, government identifiers, health information, information about children, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or deceptive material, impersonate another person, scrape the site at scale, or use automated systems to abuse the intake process.
Content and intellectual property
The HOSTR name, website design, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to HOSTR and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant a license to use HOSTR branding or reproduce the website except for ordinary personal viewing.
Website availability and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis and may change or become unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOSTR disclaims implied warranties concerning this website and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from website use or reliance on pilot-stage information.
